Refunds and statutory rights
Refund and Withdrawal Policy
Effective: October 20, 2026
No extra voluntary guarantee
CommitPath does not offer an additional voluntary change-of-mind money-back guarantee. This policy does not waive or limit any mandatory right to withdraw, cancel, obtain a refund, receive a repair or replacement, or obtain another remedy under the law that applies to you.
Statutory withdrawal rights
If you are a consumer in France or another jurisdiction that grants a withdrawal period for distance contracts, you may have a statutory right to withdraw within the period and on the conditions set by that law. For many EU distance contracts the period is 14 days, but when it starts, the available remedy, and any exception depend on the contract and applicable rules. We do not treat a one-time Lifetime payment or immediate account access as automatically removing a withdrawal right.
Where a law allows a service to begin during a withdrawal period only after an express request or acknowledgment, we will rely on that exception only if its legal conditions have actually been satisfied. Any amount due for service already supplied, or any loss of a right after complete performance, is determined under the applicable law and the information and consent given at purchase. No blanket exception is claimed here.
How to exercise a withdrawal right
Email contact@commitpathbaseball.com before the applicable deadline. Clearly state that you are withdrawing from the purchase and include the purchase date, the plan, and the email address used for the CommitPath account. A receipt or order reference helps us locate the transaction. You may use the form below where it applies, but you do not have to use a particular format if a clear statement is sufficient under your law.
Model withdrawal statement
To CommitPath Baseball, contact@commitpathbaseball.com:
I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the following service: ____________________
Purchased on: ____________________
Consumer name: ____________________
Consumer postal address: ____________________
Account email or order reference: ____________________
Date: ____________________
Signature (only if sent on paper): ____________________
We will acknowledge your request by email and explain any information needed to locate it. We do not promise a fixed support response time. If a refund is due, it will be processed without undue delay and within the deadline required by applicable law, generally through the original payment method unless you agree otherwise or the law requires another method. Your payment provider may take additional time to post it.
Service problems and statutory remedies
If the service is not supplied or does not conform to a mandatory digital-content or digital-service guarantee that applies to your purchase, contact us with a description of the problem and your account email. We will investigate and provide the repair, price reduction, termination, refund, or other remedy required by the applicable consumer law. The available remedy and any sequence of remedies depend on that law.
Duplicate or unauthorized payments
Contact us promptly at the email above if you see a duplicate charge or do not recognize a payment. Include the date, amount and a Stripe receipt or transaction reference if available; never email a full card number or security code. We will check the payment record and correct a confirmed duplicate or unauthorized charge as required. You may also contact your payment provider.
Questions and disputes
For billing, withdrawal or refund requests, use contact@commitpathbaseball.com. If a consumer-mediation service is legally required for a covered dispute, its confirmed identity and contact details will be added here before we represent that route as available. Statutory rights and any required mediation process remain unaffected.
