Terms of Service
Terms for using CommitPath Baseball
Effective: September 20, 2026
1. Service
CommitPath Baseball provides college-baseball recruiting research and outreach tools, including verified program/coach information, recruiting profiles, templates, Gmail-based sending, engagement signals, billing features and optional AI-assisted template generation.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining control of your account and for activity performed through it. You must provide accurate information when the service asks for account or recruiting-profile details and must not use another person's account without authorization.
3. Recruiting data
CommitPath Baseball is designed to use verified official-source recruiting information and to leave unavailable information blank rather than infer it. College athletics staff, roles, contact details and program information can change. Users should review current official sources before making time-sensitive recruiting decisions.
4. Gmail connection and outreach
Gmail connection is optional. If you connect Gmail, you authorize CommitPath Baseball to send emails on your behalf using the permission shown in the Google consent flow. You remain responsible for the content, recipients and legality of messages you choose to send. You must not use CommitPath Baseball to send spam, deceptive messages, harassment, unlawful content or messages that violate applicable provider rules.
5. Open and click signals
Open and click tracking is provided as an engagement signal only. Email privacy systems, proxies, security scanners, caching, image blocking and link prefetching can make these signals incomplete or inaccurate. CommitPath Baseball does not represent an open/click signal as definitive proof that a specific person read or clicked a message.
6. Paid access
CommitPath Baseball may offer one-time paid access levels and upgrades. The product, price and access granted are shown before checkout. Purchases are processed through the configured payment provider. Nothing in these terms changes rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer-protection law.
7. AI-assisted output
AI-assisted features can generate draft recruiting content. Generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing and editing generated material before using or sending it.
8. Acceptable use
You may not attempt to bypass access controls, quotas, billing restrictions, security boundaries or technical protections; interfere with the service; scrape or extract restricted data through unauthorized means; impersonate another person; or use CommitPath Baseball for unlawful activity.
9. Service availability and changes
CommitPath Baseball can change, suspend or discontinue features as the service evolves, including when required for security, provider-policy, legal or reliability reasons. Third-party providers such as Google, Stripe, hosting, database and AI providers can also affect feature availability.
10. No recruiting guarantee
CommitPath Baseball is a recruiting research and outreach tool. It does not guarantee replies, roster opportunities, scholarships, admission, eligibility, recruitment or any athletic outcome.
11. Privacy
Use of CommitPath Baseball is also governed by the Privacy Policy, which explains how the service handles account, Gmail, outreach, billing and other information.
12. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as CommitPath Baseball evolves. The current version will remain available on this page with an updated effective date when material changes are made.
13. Contact
Questions about these terms can be directed to the CommitPath Baseball support contact identified in the application. A dedicated public support address will be published before unrestricted public launch.
